1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.

If you place an order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf and bind them to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information
• Interfere with Website security, operation, or availability
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Introduce malware, automated attacks, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content without written permission
• Use the Website in a way that infringes the rights of another person

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, customers, payment systems, or our legal rights.

3. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, available options, and availability information.

Product colors and finishes may appear different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, or minor production variations.

Measurements and specifications should be reviewed carefully before ordering. If a specification is important to your installation, contact us before placing the order.

We may correct typographical, pricing, description, or technical errors. If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

5. Product Quantity and Included Items

Product photographs may show more than one wheel or may show wheels with accessories for presentation purposes. Photographs alone do not determine the quantity or components included in your purchase.

The quantity included is the quantity selected on the product page and shown in your cart and order confirmation. Review the product title, description, selected quantity, options, cart, and order total before completing payment.

Knock-offs, center chips, knock-off adapters, tires, installation hardware, and other accessories are not included in the base wheel price unless the product page and your cart expressly state that they are included.

Available knock-offs, chips, adapters, and other accessories must be selected separately on the product page and may increase the order total.

6. Vehicle Information and Fitment

Wire wheel fitment may depend on wheel diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, backspacing, hub dimensions, brake clearance, adapter requirements, suspension setup, and vehicle modifications.

When requested on the product page, you must provide accurate vehicle information, including the year, make, and model.

You must also inform us before ordering if the vehicle has modified brakes, suspension, hubs, axles, bodywork, or other changes that may affect installation or clearance.

We may review the vehicle information provided with your selected wheel and adapter options. This review is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and does not account for undisclosed modifications or conditions that cannot reasonably be identified remotely.

We are not responsible for fitment problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information, incorrect customer measurements, undisclosed modifications, incorrect customer selections, or installation that does not follow applicable instructions.

If you provided accurate information and believe we sent an incorrect product or made an incorrect written recommendation, contact us before installation.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that every item has been accepted for fulfillment.

Orders may be reviewed for payment confirmation, product availability, shipping restrictions, vehicle information, product configuration, and suspected fraud.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• A material pricing or product information error
• Payment failure or unauthorized payment
• Suspected fraud or unlawful activity
• Shipping or import restrictions
• Incomplete or clearly inaccurate customer information
• An unavailable or incompatible product configuration

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and before shipping the affected item, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or circumvention of Website restrictions.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed before an order is placed. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious or material pricing error.

Payment must be successfully completed through PayPal before an order is processed or shipped.

PayPal processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices. CR Wire Wheels does not receive or store your complete payment card number or card security code.

Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion charges, transaction fees, or other charges. Those charges are determined by the applicable provider and are not controlled by CR Wire Wheels.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Orders ship internationally from China. Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or carrier processing fees may apply.

Unless expressly stated as included during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs authorities and carriers determine these charges. We cannot guarantee or accurately predict the amount before importation.

We will not declare a false value or mark a commercial purchase as a gift to avoid customs charges.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from China. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of the information required to fulfill the order.

Estimated transit after shipment is typically 10–45 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, port congestion, holidays, remote-area service, or other circumstances.

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address, email address, and telephone number. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Loss, shipping damage, and delivery disputes will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Contact us promptly if a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or is shown as delivered but cannot be located.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible unused, uninstalled, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping. Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Products that have been installed, used, driven on, altered, damaged, or had tires mounted may not qualify for return.

You must obtain written return authorization before sending a product back. Unauthorized returns or products sent to an unauthorized address may be refused.

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing, procurement, packing, or shipping has begun.

These cancellation restrictions do not eliminate rights that apply when we cannot ship within the promised or otherwise agreed timeframe.

12. Inspection and Installation

Inspect all products immediately after delivery and before installation. Contact us before installation if a product appears damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.

Wheels and related components should be test-fitted and installed by a qualified professional who can verify clearance, compatibility, mounting, torque, and safe operation.

Do not mount tires or drive on wheels until fitment and product condition have been confirmed.

You are responsible for following applicable manufacturer, installer, vehicle, and maintenance instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, CR Wire Wheels is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, incorrect torque, misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, racing, impact, accident, or failure to follow applicable instructions.

13. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product data, layout, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to CR Wire Wheels and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view Website content for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or use Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

Third-party names, trademarks, and product references remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or use services provided by third parties, including PayPal, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and analytics providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of a third-party website after you leave our Website.

15. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the Website for maintenance, security, updates, technical problems, or other operational reasons.

Product availability, account information, tracking information, and other Website content may sometimes be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

16. Product Disclaimers

Product information and fitment assistance are provided using the information reasonably available to us and the vehicle information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written product warranty, remedy, or mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.

Except where prohibited by law, no additional warranty or guarantee is created by general Website content, photographs, marketing language, or informal communications.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CR Wire Wheels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, obligations that cannot legally be limited, or death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, replacement, or other mandatory consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption, government action, customs delays, port congestion, transportation interruption, carrier disruption, power failure, or Internet outage.

This section does not eliminate any notification, cancellation, refund, or other obligation that applies under applicable law.

19. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy .

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to payments, orders, shipping, security, returns, refunds, and customer support.

Marketing communications are managed separately and may be unsubscribed from as described in our Privacy Policy.
