  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Mounted wheel and tire packages

  • Used, installed, or damaged products

  • Products with scratches, dents, or signs of use

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse


3. Fitment Issues

Customers are responsible for verifying fitment before purchasing.

Returns due to incorrect size, bolt pattern, offset, backspacing, adapter selection, or vehicle compatibility may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.


4. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must contact us and receive return authorization.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Name and email used for the order

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable


5. Return Shipping

9. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Custom or special-order items may not be cancelled once production or procurement has started.


10. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products depending on stock availability.

Customers may be responsible for price differences, shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees.


11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, shipping costs and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
