Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through https://www.crwirewheels.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order with CR Wire Wheels, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from China. Depending on product availability, order type, destination, and logistics arrangements, orders may be shipped directly from our warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment partner in China.

Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier handling, destination location, and other factors beyond our control.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, payment verification, packaging requirements, and whether the item is in stock, custom, or special order.

Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or Chinese national holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on product type, order weight, dimensions, destination country, destination address, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

Some products or promotions may qualify for free or discounted shipping.


4. Shipping Methods

We may ship orders using international express, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery, parcel carriers, freight forwarders, or other logistics providers.

Wire wheels, wheel and tire packages, and large accessories may require special handling, palletized shipping, or freight delivery.

The shipping method may be selected based on product size, order quantity, destination, carrier restrictions, and cost efficiency.

Typical estimated delivery time after shipment may range from 10–45 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, port congestion, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.


6. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Because orders are shipped internationally from China, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, brokerage fees, and related charges.

CR Wire Wheels does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees may result in delayed delivery, return shipment, abandonment, or additional charges. Any resulting costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.


7. Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship to the United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, remote areas, or international destinations may require additional shipping time and fees.

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier restrictions, size limitations, customs rules, or local regulations.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address.

CR Wire Wheels is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional carrier fees, failed deliveries, or customs issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an address needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or transferred to a carrier.


9. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we may provide tracking information by email or through your account.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier or logistics provider and may take time to appear after shipment.

For some freight or international shipments, tracking updates may be limited during transit or customs clearance.


10. Freight and Large Item Delivery

Some orders may ship by freight due to size, weight, or packaging requirements.

Freight shipments may require:

  • A valid phone number

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Commercial delivery address or liftgate service in some cases

  • Additional handling for pallets or oversized packages

11. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment appears damaged, please note the damage with the carrier before accepting delivery when possible.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier or provide a resolution.


12. Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a delay or missing package, please contact us and the shipping carrier for assistance.

We will help where possible, but carrier investigations, customs inquiries, and freight claims may take additional time.

CR Wire Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, incorrect address information, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.


13. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused, returned as undeliverable, abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, or returned because of incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, storage fees, and carrier fees.

These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
